T. Bailey Products

T. Bailey products are exposed to global financial markets and are subject to market fluctuations and other risks inherent in such investments. Investments in overseas equities may be affected by changes in exchange rates, which could cause the value of an investment to increase or diminish. T. Bailey may enter into derivative transactions for efficient portfolio management purposes (including hedging).

The value of your investment and the income derived from it can go down as well as up and you may not get back the money you have invested. The total return or loss on equities may fluctuate significantly from year to year, you should therefore regard your investment as medium-to-long term.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

The investment methodology and risk controls described in this website stand as guidelines and not rules. Occasional deviations from these parameters may occur.

Full details of the T. Bailey Funds, including charges and risk warnings, are published in the T. Bailey Funds’ Prospectus, available on request. Investors should read the relevant Key Investor Information document and Supplementary Information document prior to investing.

In relation to model portfolio products, the portfolio constituents and performance will vary due to the timing of investments and differences between platforms, hence results presented are indicative. Platform, transaction and adviser fees will also cause an individual investor’s return to vary from the model returns. At times, it is possible equity investments may not be readily realisable, and investors may experience difficulty in selling the investments.

Details of the T. Bailey model portfolios are included in the relevant product factsheets. Investors should read the factsheet and the important information/risk warnings section contained therein prior to investing.

Information, not advice

T. Bailey does not give investment advice based on individual circumstances. If you have any doubt whether any of the T. Bailey products are suitable for you and you wish to obtain personal advice, please contact an independent financial adviser. The information contained on this website is intended to provide information about our products and services and is not intended as investment advice.

Complaints

T. Bailey is committed to ensuring that all complaints received are handled fairly, consistently and promptly. The Financial Conduct Authority defines a complaint as any oral or written expression of dissatisfaction, whether justified or not, from or on behalf of a person about the provision of, or failure to provide, a financial service or redress determination. A complaint must be received from an eligible complainant – or from an authorised person on behalf of an eligible complainant – and must involve an allegation that the complainant has suffered (or may suffer) financial loss, material inconvenience or material distress.

We will endeavour to resolve a complaint at the earliest possible stage.  However, if you are not satisfied with our response to you, or if eight weeks have passed since you first let us know about your concerns and we have not replied to you, you can refer you complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for review. The Financial Ombudsman Service is a free and easy-to-use service which settles unresolved complaints between consumers and businesses that provide financial services.  It resolves disputes fairly and impartially and, should you need to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, T. Bailey will cooperate fully with its review of the case. It is important to remember that the Financial Ombudsman Service will only consider complaints referred to it after we have had the opportunity to investigate the matter so please contact us first and will do all we can to help you. You can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service by email:
