Business Continuity amid COVID-19

T. Bailey Asset Management Ltd has in place, and regularly tests, a business continuity plan for all eventualities that may require the firm’s operational departments to relocate either temporarily or permanently.

Much of our IT infrastructure is cloud based and, specific to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have ensured that all staff are able to connect to our critical services – and to each other – whilst away from their normal office environment and, in all likelihood in this instance, at their own homes.

We also have in place established contingencies for operational processes and controls and, in the event that they are deployed, are satisfied that the service we provide to the funds’ investors would not be interrupted.

We continue to follow Government and NHS advice and guidance and we are ensuring that our staff are fully apprised of their responsibilities to try to prevent the spread of the disease or, if they do feel unwell, that they self-isolate in accordance with the NHS’s advice.
