Ben is Co-Manager of the T. Bailey Funds and Head of Equities, having joined the firm in 2024. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has managed global equity and multi‑asset portfolios across a range of institutions, including TT International, Meditor Capital, Morgan Stanley and M&G. His experience covers both institutional and private client mandates, with a particular focus on global equity selection and risk‑aware portfolio construction.
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh with a Master’s degree in Politics, Ben also holds the IIMR qualification and is a Member of the CISI. What he enjoys most about Investing is the continual opportunity to learn, whether from discussing a breakthrough drug with the CEO of a pharmaceutical firm to assessing a new technology from an innovative industrial company. To be a good investor, Ben believes one has to be open minded and have humility, as the stock markets can always humble you.
Away from work, Ben is an avid QPR supporter and enjoys watching matches with his three sons — an experience he describes as an equally humbling education in hope and resilience.
