Molly joined T. Bailey in 2024 as a Trade and Operations Associate, having previously worked as a Fund Accountant. Her role includes supporting the investment team with daily deal instructions, monitoring liquidity, and reconciling fund accounts.
She graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2022 with a degree in Business and holds additional certificates from the CMI. Studying for her degree during the pandemic taught her the value of perseverance and determination. Molly is currently working towards her CISI qualification and is keen to continue expanding her industry knowledge and applying it in her day‑to‑day role.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and dog and loves exploring new countries — whether relaxing on a beach or taking to the ski slopes.
