Noland has over 43 years of experience in asset and wealth management and has held CEO and Chief Investment Officer roles across both large-scale institutions and boutique organisations. His career spans some of the most respected names in the industry, including Barclays Wealth, where he served as Chief Executive of Barclays Investment Services and Global Chief Investment Officer, Rothschild & Co, where he was the CEO of Wealth Management in the UK and Channel Islands, and most recently he was Head of Handelsbanken Asset Management and Chief Investment Officer.
Noland has been a consistent architect of growth — building successful consumer propositions, leading strategic transformation and assembling high-performance investment teams. He is still passionate about investing and gets real joy in helping T. Bailey create order out of the chaos that is capital markets and also managing the intellectual capital that tries to navigate them.
He also devotes considerable time to philanthropy and public service. He is a trustee and the treasurer of the Marie Colvin Journalist Network, a trustee of the Freshfield Foundation and a trustee of REACT Disaster Response, where he chairs the Finance and Audit Committee. He previously served as a trustee and director of Moorfields Eye Charity for fourteen years, chairing its Investment Committee.
