Victoria joined the T. Bailey investment team in 2007 after relocating from London and now plays a key role supporting the fund managers across equity and fund research, analysis, and operational trading.
A Mathematics and Management Studies graduate with an analytical mind and a talent for organisation, she enjoys the variety her role offers — from carrying out essential administrative tasks (aka the boring stuff that needs to be done) to undertaking peer analysis and screening. As she puts it, “in this industry, every day is a school day – you are always learning.” It’s a sentiment that reflects her own values, having been appointed a governor at two local schools, along with holding the CertIM (IMC), CFA Certification in ESG Investing and the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) Level 6 CISI qualification. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the CISI (Chartered FCSI), demonstrating her commitment to integrity and professionalism within the investment industry.
