Iain has been T. Bailey’s Chief Operating Officer since 2020. Responsible for operations, compliance, and all back-office areas of the firm, he is focused on keeping things running smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Iain is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining T. Bailey, he held senior leadership roles within the asset management sector, serving as Chief Operating Officer at Paris Capital Advisors and Group Chief Financial Officer at Reech AIM Partners. Earlier in his career, he spent several years with Deloitte, specialising in the investment management industry, including four years based in the Cayman Islands.
Outside of work, Iain is a keen (but not particularly talented) painter and spends his free time on puzzles and gaming.
